Returns & Exchanges policy
Eleven Eleven fashion gives you the right to Return/ Exchange, within 14 days after receiving the product.
1. Return & Refund Accepted if
1.1 The item is not used and it’s in the original packaging.
1.2 The product has a manufacturing defect.
1.3 The item is not suitable / received the wrong size or item.
2. Exchanges Accepted if:
2.1 The product has a manufacturing defect.
2.2 It does not match the ordered Item.
2.3 the size not suitable.
3. All Accessories/ sunglasses Cannot be exchanged or returned unless the product is broken or damaged.
4. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, label removed, or altered in any way.
6. Please make sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-Eleven Eleven Items.
Return/ Exchange Process:
1. Please contact Eleven Eleven Customer Service team by submitting a request in our returns page/ or send us an email including the following details
1.1 indicating the item(s) you would like to return/exchange.
1.2 Indicating the size, you would like to exchange to.
1.3 Include your email / contact number / detailed address
1.4 Bank details for a refund if requested (Name, Bank Name, swift code, IBAN ) – all the information must be submitted in English -
2. An email will be sent to you if your request has missing details.
3. After receiving the email of pick up from Aramex and the time has been confirmed by your side on email, please package up the item(s).
4. Most Refunds/exchanges are processed within 3-10 business days after we receive your package. We'll issue the refund the same original way you paid.
5. The shipping charges will not be refunded if a refund requested / for any exchange item the shipping charges will be paid again.
